Sharlene Ellis - Naturopath
 

As a co-owner of Restore Wellbeing, Sharlene has been instrumental in bringing the clinic’s vision to life. Sharlene is the resident Naturopath and Medical Herbalist, she provides a wide range of clinical testing including Live Blood Analysis (LBA), Vitality (VLA) testing, hair analysis for food and environmental intolerances, and functional testing. Sharlene’s quiet and friendly manner will immediately put you at ease, and her thorough method of testing and problem solving will set you on the right track to revolutionise your health.    Sharlene loves to build relationships with people, touching base regularly to make sure you continue to feel revitalised, and energetic.   She enjoys the ongoing interactions naturopathy offers – using her specialist training to help women find comfort in easing menopausal symptoms such as hot flushes, night sweats, headaches and mood swings and assisting couples to find new levels of health increasing their chances of a smooth pregnancy from pre-conception care to easier delivery and a healthy baby.

Viv Butler - Massage Therapist

Viv is the co-owner of Restore Wellbeing, a space she created with Sharlene to provide a range of natural and holistic health options under one roof.

Viv leads the team of Restore’s Massage Therapists .

 

Viv relishes a challenge and brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. She is currently in her 4th year of training in The Feldenkrais Method® and combines her decade of knowledge and experience in the Massage Therapy field with teaching movement and awareness to create possibilities for new neural pathways and changes in lifelong movement patterns.  She loves working with clients to help them better understand how awareness of their day to day movement is affecting them and how having different movement options could serve them better and help them to manage and alleviate pain. Viv teaches group Awareness through Movement lessons and workshops in the community and will be offering one on one – Functional Integration Lessons from mid 2019.

 

 

She has worked extensively with a wide range of people including pregnant women, athletes, office workers as well as people in desperate need of a little rest and relaxation. She decided to join Viv’s team because she loves meeting new people and helping those in pain find comfort and relief through massage. Peter uses a range of counselling models in his work with clients.
